Sakhumzi restaurant opened in 2001 and can accommodate up to 450 people making it a bustling tourist spot. Situated in the middle of the historic Soweto area, it is an African experience not to be missed. Try a potjie of Mogodu (tripe) and loads of other indigenous African recipes. The menu also serves burgers and other less exotic dishes for the less adventurous diner. Wash down the grub with your favourite South African beer and you'll be good to go.
