Family Roots
I visited Steynsburg where my family came from and where I spent many happy childhood years. Found many people who were most helpful with anecdotes which helped me tremendously. Pressure needs to be placed on both the Municipality to clean up the approach through Kayamandi and together with National Heritage should assist with preserving the cultural history of the area.Very disappointed that the Kruger House at Bulhoek is not even marked on the road or being maintained.Barry Coetzee
