A large living space is located downstairs, and the cosy kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, counter top oven and stove, as well as all cutlery and crockery. The kitchen and lounge have doors leading to the back of the house, with ample grass for the kids and a barbecue area with table and chairs. The loft area upstairs also has a balcony with seating and an additional barbecue area.

The house is situated only a minutes’ walk from the beach and 10 minutes’ drive from Jeffreys Bay, which offers a variety of activities and is mostly polar with the surfing community. The area boasts white sandy beaches and big waves.
