Ingrid was very friendly and inviting. Spekboom cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. Will be back if ever needing a place in Oudtshoorn again.

It was the little touches, like the sherry in the room, milk in the fridge, rusk and ample tea coffee and sugar. All the thoughtful things that make the stay extra special

We felt very welcome by Ingrid and John on arrival. Ingrid had already recommended some restaurant options where we could find dinner - which was delicious. We only stayed over for one night but it was such a pleasure. The size and comfort of the family cottage was amazing. Ingrid is a wonderful host, even interrupting her own private evening to assist us when we locked ourselves out of the cottage. She has thought of everything you could possibly need.
