Luxury Family Apartment - 57 North Beach:
* A maximum of 4 adults and 2 children are allowed (unless the host has given prior authorization).
* Please note there is 1 flight of stairs and an elevator to the unit.
* Please ensure the booking ID is sent to the host to confirm directions.
* Inverter backup power available to minimize disruptions of load-shedding for the whole house
* No parties or loud music that disrupts neighbours.
* Pets allowed by prior management
* No outside visitors are allowed; only paying guests are allowed on the property.
* Smoking is allowed on balconies/patios only.
* A cleaning fee will be charged.
* A breakage fee applies for all apartments if anything is found damaged upon checkout.
* 30-day stays can be paid monthly; please request a promo code from the host.
* Neighbours are to be respected at all times otherwise guests will be liable for a fine and will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
* Quiet hours are observed between 21h00 to 08h30.
