Your friendly staff, your food everthing was perfect.

TV not properly working, most of the time is frozenTV have only few channels and they are not even clear.Water look digusting, its brown and we are on COVID so its so scaryRoom are so cold, the aircons are not properly working no matter how much try to adjust.The price I had to pay does not make sense to me at all ( I paid R3900 for my room and R3800 for the kids (3and7 years old), they didn't even use the room
