Important Information

Please note that sadly this is “not a child friendly” home and therefore we reserve the right not to allow young children. Therefore, please let us know the ages of the children in advance so that we may advise accordingly regarding potential "Health & Safety" concerns inside the Lodge ie: no safety gate for the steep wooden stairs leading to the upper living area and swimming pool is 1.5 meters deep with no gate or fence around it. As this is also a Wildlife Conservation area where animals roam free, we cannot accept any responsibility or liability if an accident were to occur. Therefore we will also be asking guests to sign an Indemnity Form on arrival, thank you.

We will also be on hand if anything may need immediate fixing or repairs done in the lodge, therefore please report any issues immediately and do not leave it until late at night to expect anything to get done.

24 hour Security Patrols are undertaken in the area and an EMS is available.

Please also be aware that there are water restrictions and electricity supply interruptions during Peak Season, which is out of our control and we will do everything we can to help alleviate the situation!

Instead of helping sort the issues out she blames u over the phone befo... Read more

We loved everything about the place. All though the rules states the place is not child friendly, I must say my grandchildren enjoyed every minute. If I may add ,the emergency service was out of this world especially Daniel and the two gentlemen who accompanied him. We would go back at any time.

The owners responded within minutes and the problem was immediately addressed. The place is... Read more
