Important Information

- Prices are per room per night (p.n.) and include breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Wi-Fi is available and its use is free.
- Beverages are not included.
- Check-in time 14h00 – 18h00. (Please arrive before darkness for your own safety)
- Check-out time 11h00.
- Please inform us of any special dietary requirements.
- Rates are in South African Rands.
- Children from the age of 12 and over are welcome.
- No pets allowed.
- A (one time) gate entrance fee is not included and needs to be paid in Cash upon entrance of Parsons Nature Reserve. (R100 per vehicle / R70 per person)
- Prices are 15% VAT included.
- Reservations are confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit.
- Balance of payment must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
- Cancellation of booking please in writing. (e-mail to reservation@emhosheni.com)
- Cancellation of booking 4 weeks or more before planned arrival: 50% of total is forfeit
- Cancellation within 4 weeks of planned arrival: 100% of total is forfeit.
- Major creditcards accepted.
- Cheques are not accepted.
- All guests are required to sign an indemnity form on arrival.The owners and/or the developer and/or directors are indemnified and held harmless by each visitor against any claim arising whatsoever as a result of death, injury, damages, loss whatsoever and whatsoever arising, sustained by any occupier, visitor, servant, agent, child, or any other person and sustained whilst being on the premises, whether due to the negligence or otherwise of the said representatives or servants of Emhosheni River Lodge (PTY) LTD T/A Emhosheni River Lodge.
