All rooms are non-smoking The hotel is open from 8:00 am Check-in time is between 2:00 PM ( 14:00 )- 10:00 PM ( 22:00 ) If you arrive after 10:00 PM ( 22:00 ), please inform the hotel of your arrival time. Please note that the hotel will pre-authorise your credit card 7 days prior to arrival. Please note that guests are required to show the credit card that was used to make the booking, upon arrival. If guests can't bring the card, they should provide the accommodation with a copy of the credit card and an authorization from the credit card holder. Please note that an extra bed/children's bed is (see Policies) is only available on request and after confirmation from the property. On the day of arrival a 100 EUR security deposit will be pre-authorised on the card ( for phone calls, mini bar, etc). On the day of check-out, the security deposit will be released if there are no expenses to be covered.
