Any breakages are for the guest’s account. No pets please. No smoking in the house; there is a balcony for smoking outside. All rights reserved. Minimum two-day stay during low season, 3 days in high and 5 days in peak season, unless otherwise agreed. Rates are negotiable depending on the length of stay.
