Important Information
R 1000 refundable breakage deposit to be paid to Golf Safari SA along with balance payment a min of 2 weeks prior to arrival. Guests are to 'email' Golf Safari SA directly, confirming the banking details that they wish the breakage deposit to be returned to once they have departed. No breakage deposits will be refunded by Golf Safari SA without an electronic confirmation of the banking details from the person who made the original booking. The breakage deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, excluding weekends and public holidays, provided there have been no breakages reported by housekeeping. A daily refresh clean is included in your booking. A surcharge of R50.00 is charged for the Sunday refresh clean. Please notify housekeeping should you not require a Sunday refresh clean.
Rates: All Long weekends, Public & School Holiday periods will be charged at Peak rates. Golf Safari SA reserves the right to decline bookings that do not include the night before a public holiday right until and departuring on the Sunday should the public holiday fall on a Friday. A night before a public holiday that falls before a weekend will be charged at Peak Season rates. Golf Safari SA reserves the right to decline a 1 night booking. Should we allow the one night stay it can be charged at Peak rates especially over a weekend. As weekends are considered our Peak periods the only departure date that we offer is either a Friday/Sunday or Monday. No departures on a Saturday will be permitted. NO same day bookings, we require at least 48 hours from date of booking to arrival.
