Important Information

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

DEPOSIT:
A 100% confirmation deposit is required prior to arrival to secure the booking. Should the confirmation deposit not be paid within the specific period and no other arrangement has been made with us in writing, we will unfortunately have to cancel the reservation until further notice.

BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATES PROVIDED, WE HAVE A DROS RESTAURANT ON THE SAME PREMISES WERE ALL MEALS CAN BE ENJOYED

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a cancellation, the following cancellation policy applies:
30 – 15 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE: 25%
14 – 08 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE: 50%
07 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE: 100%
NON-ARRIVALS OR LESS & EARLY DEPARTURES: 100%
ALL CANCELLATIONS SHOULD BE IN WRITING.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:
CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 AM
CHECK-IN TIME: 14:00 PM
Unless prior arrangement has been made with management.
Should it become necessary to move a guest's belongings as a result of a late check-out, Kupferquelle Resort, its owners, management and staff specifically accept no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage done to a guest's belongings.

LIABILITY:
All persons who enter Kupferquelle Resort, make use of the accommodation and all of the facilities provided by Kupferquelle Resort, do so entirely at their own risk. Kupferquelle Resort, its owners, management and staff specifically accept no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage sustained by guests or visitors as a result of accident, theft, injury and/or death.

VISITORS:
We regret that no outside visitors may be entertained in the rooms. You are welcome to receive visitors in any of our public areas or restaurant.

NO NOISE AREA:
Kupferquelle Resort is a “No Noise Area”
No noise, which constitutes a nuisance to or disturbance of any guest of the resort, will be tolerated. We therefore respectfully request that you abide by the rules. Kupferquelle Resort reserves the right to forthwith cancel the accommodation or visitation agreement between the Resort and any/or all guests who do not heed to a request from management to maintain an acceptable noise level. In such event, the said guest(s) will forfeit any deposit or amount paid for accommodation or visitation and will be expected to vacate the premises immediately.

CAMPING AREA:
The camping area is off limits to guests staying in the rooms. We have self catering chalets available.


ENTRANCE GATE:
There is one entrance gate to the park through which access is gained and departed. Please make sure that you leave your door card and gate pass that you receive on arrival at reception before departing.

PETS:
We regret that no pets are allowed on the premised.

SPEED LIMIT:
The speed limit inside the resort is only 20km/h

SWIMMING POOL RULES:
In case of an emergency, report to the reception
* Pool Hours: 06:00 AM to 21:00 PM
* This pool area is open to the public as well.
* No food, alcoholic drinks, glass or animals in pool or pool area.
* Children under 12 must have adult supervision
* For Hygienic purposes, diaper age children must wear plastic pants or swim diaper s.
* Only proper swim wear is accepted.
* Swimming Pool Depth at deep end: 4.05M
* Swimming Pool Depth at shallow end: 1.35M
