Right of Admission reserved. No responsibility will be accepted by management for any injury, death or loss or damage to property while on the premises. The customer/client hereby agrees to all terms and conditions. The guest and each of his/her party agrees to pay no later than upon arrival. Goods left behind by guest are kept for only one month. No smoking in rooms allowed, you will be held liable for an extra night's stay to get room smoking free. Parking at own risk. Check in time is at 14h00 and check out time is at 10h00 the next morning. Strictly no refunds after payment was made. payment for next evening must be made before 10h00am the next morning. No pets allowed. We do not do day rests. City power or water failure will not ber our responsibility. We reserve the right to ask you to vacate the room/premises should you cause any trouble or noise. Refunds will not be given should the guest want to leave and not stay for the full booking made.
