A peaceful retreat surrounded by trees and fields with a small beach by the river that has splendid views of the mountains. Outdoor activities available in the area include fishing, hunting and hiking. There is a restaurant close by, while the legendary town of Ponte de Lima is just a short drive away. Places of interest worth visiting in the town include the Palace of the Marqueses, the Museu do Brinquedo and the Jardins Temáticos.
