Firstly I was so surprised to know after the booking that it’s a PVT booking, but I didn’t mind because I have been told that I will have a facility to all the hotel things like gym etcWhen I arrived the parking was available but the signs were not guiding/ leading us to the reception, I was lost because I took the lift on the right and it has no signs of where to go, long story short, when I arrived at room 122 it looks neat and I had to go out for a dinner when I came back that’s when I saw the reality, the floor was dirty, the bed was not stabled and making noise, under the bed there was...
