Shady Creek Cottage is situated on the banks of the Breede River with breathtaking views to wake up to. The cottage is comfortable and stylishly furnished with two en-suite bedrooms; the main bedroom flows to the exterior through beautiful French doors.

There is an open-plan fully equipped kitchen and living area and there is a sleeper couch in the lounge area for extra guests (1 adult or 2 small children). There are braai facilities outside either on the patio or next to the river, for entertainment purposes, and a fireplace inside. A jetty is available to guests (currently under construction, might be under water in winter depending on water level). If you want to experience country life, birdwatching, peace and tranquillity, Shady Creek Cottage is the ideal breakaway. Guesthouse DStv available which has sport and movie channels as well as a mini library with books & games.

Bonnievale lies in the shadows of the Langeberg and Riviersonderend mountains and this part of the world is known as the Valley of Cheese and Wine for good reason - Shady Creek Cottage offers the ideal start to a wine tour of the area!
The Breede River provides an endless list of water sports, including a trip up the river on the River Goose, canoeing, fishing, and for those without water wings, there is a golf course, hiking - and 4x4 trails.
