Important Information
Smoke free unit
1. Balcony to be used at own risk. Children are to be under supervision when using the balcony.
No laundry or towels to be hanged over the balcony rales.
2. Sleeping couch to be folded when not in use for sleeping and not to be stepped on or walked over to avoid stains and damage to the material.
3. All lights and aircons are to be switched off when not in or leaving the unit. In a case where the electricity is off, please switch the aircons off at the plug as they stay on when the electricity comes back on.
4. All taps are to be properly closed to avoid flooding units in case of power outages.
5. Breakages to be reported to me or the managing agent. In case of breakages of glasses, plates, or glass bowls, please replace them; they are pretty standard and can be easily found around.
6. Please don't take any content outside the unit. The towels provided are for unit use only and not to be taken out of the unit.
7. Owner and cleaner closet not to be used and locks not to be broken.
8. Please make sure you have the keys before leaving the unit, as one can easily lock oneself out with the slam door. Extra keys are available from the managing agent; don't expect immediate assistance as they are also attending to other units.
9. Noises to be kept to a minimum and no loud music after 22:00 at night to keep with Sectional title's house rules.
10. Please be careful when driving in and out of the property for tenants and children making use of the common grounds.
