Important Information

Terms and Conditions for all reservations

1. All quotations and reservations are subject to the terms and conditions as set out below.
2. Once a reservation is made, a provisional booking form will be sent to you via email. The information on this email will advise full details on the reservation made with us. The full accommodation amount is payable within 7 days and banking details is provided.
3. All and any quotation or reservation changes must be put in writing, failing which the lodge does not accept any liability for any misunderstanding or incorrect execution of the clients wishes or vice versa. When dealing with your reservation/quotation please ensure that you are talking to a person with the proper authority and as far as possible speak to the same person every time.
4. Any and all reservations are only deemed to be confirmed once the full accommodation amount has been paid and the necessary documents have been signed and returned to us by the client himself, or the duly authorized person/s
5. Payments must be cleared into our bank account by the deposit due date and satisfactory proof of payment must be forwarded to the hotel on or before the due date. Reservations will not be confirmed without full payment.
6. Any quotation and relevant price structure is based on the information supplied by the client and where there are substantial material changes to these instructions after confirmation, the lodge (at it’s discretion) reserves the right to change its price structure.
7. Based on 100% of the value of any quotation or booking, cancellations will attract the following cancellation fee:
a) Cancellation 30 calendar days before the event – 25%
b) Cancellation 20 calendar days before the event – 50%
c) Cancellation 10 calendar days before the event – 100%

ALL GUESTS:
1. Only the total persons allowed per unit will be checked into the resort. If you arrive with extra guests, you will have to book alternative accommodation for your extra guests. Only persons between 4 and 12 are regarded as children. All children of any age are counted into the total amount of persons allowed per unit. All unites are suitable for 2 adults only.
2. Check-out time is strictly 10h00. Late check-outs will attract a fee of R150.00 per hour or part thereof and will be charged as from 10h30. Late check-outs can be arranged but will only be considered if the unit is not booked for the following day. However, this will still attract a late checkout fee as above.
3. The full account remains the responsibility of the signatory until full payment is received and all accounts must be settled in full on departure.
4. We provide 2 towels per person occupying any and all of our units. Please feel free to bring extra towels for swimming.
5. Proper bathing suits and attire is required while using our pool. No exceptions will be made.
6. All units are serviced daily.
7. We request that you respect all other guests and that all noise levels are turned down by no later than 22h30 in the evenings. Excessive noise leading to other guests complaining could get you evicted from our premises.
